About Your Delegate

Cyrus L. Wheeler, MPhil, MS, LLPC, a Detroit Native, ​educated in the Detroit Public School System. Cyrus L. ​Wheeler earned his Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice ​from Wayne State University, a Master of Science in ​Clinical Mental Health Counseling from the University of ​Phoenix, holds an LLPC from the Michigan State Board of ​Counselors, a Master of Philosophy in Human and Social ​Services from Walden University and is currently a ​Doctoral Candidate for his Ph.D. in Philosophy with a ​specialization in Criminal Justice from Walden University. ​Cyrus L. Wheeler has a lifespan of experience in workforce ​development, working with special populations, and is an ​expert on returning citizens and re-entry. His latest passion ​is Precinct Delegate, advocating for members of Precinct ​392 to become registered voters, especially Returning ​Citizens, and for this same population to become positively ​engaged community members.
